When I went to Disneyland, I went to Napals (a very expensive pizza place with authentic Italian food that makes Olive Garden look like the McDonald's of the Italian world) and when they served us our bread, it came with olive oil. I sat and thought for a moment after my dad had told me 'the Italians keep healthy by putting olive oil in everything. It keeps them away from heart disease, ect. ect. and there are no calories in it because it's made from olives.' I had switched from using vegetable oil in everything that requires it and use olive oil because I knew it was healthier but to use it in place of butter? To be frank, the olive oil with the bread they served us was wonderful (except for the spices in it. That made it taste weird). I might be going to Italy next year so maybe I'll be ready? Huuur. I'm strangely loving olive oil more and more.

=DracoPlato is a friend of mine but she is also a talented artist. Several times over we've done gifts and art trades for each other and the main thing I adore about her art is her ability to color. She combines dark and light colors but makes each image light enough to make them each stand out in her gallery, asking to be viewed. I believe that her gallery deserves to be featured and looked at by others very, very much.
